LANDesk Customer Support has improved its premier support offerings with three revitalized Technical Account Manager (TAM) programs – Advantage, Premier, and Enterprise.  These programs deliver graduated levels of specialized technical support designed to meet the needs of simple to complex LANDesk environments.

The TAM program has been created to stand out against the competition by focusing on being proactive.  The TAMs are trained to drive adoption on the LANDesk products to help you as the customer obtain a quicker ROI and garner the complete business value of the products purchased.

To assist in the proactive business integration, two essential changes have been introduced.  The first change revolves around TAM specializing in one of LANDesk’s three major products; namely Asset Lifecycle Manager/LANDesk Process Manager, LANDesk Management Suite/LANDesk Security Suite or LANDesk Service Desk.

The second change is every newly renewed TAM account will now include a Business Advisor.  The Business Advisor will be the principle account owner and will focus on the business side of the support efforts.  This change allows one or more TAM specialists to be engaged within a single account.  The TAMs will be able to invest all of their time ensuring ROI is achieved through complete technical adoption and product integration while still offering you a single point of contact via the business advisor.
